The Suffolk Rotary Club will ring the Salvation Army Bell on Saturday, December 13, 2014.
We will be ringing the bell at both entrances at Walmart on Main Street (at both the grocery entrance & pharmacy entrance). We will work from 10-2 that day. We will need a total of 16 bell ringers for the event (important to not have NO SHOWS - for safety reasons).
Scott Carr is handling this event and will circulate sign up sheets closer to the event. And, Scott will confirm with Susan Shields, our contact, that we are good to go a few weeks before the event.
The details are as follows:
Grocery Entrance | Number of Rotary members |
---|---|
10-11 | 2 |
11-12 | 2 |
12-1 | 2 |
1-2 | 2 |
Total volunteers | 8 |
Pharmacy Entrance | Number of Rotary members |
---|---|
10-11 | 2 |
11-12 | 2 |
12-1 | 2 |
1-2 | 2 |
Total volunteers | 8 |
Overall volunteer total | 16 |
We need your help. Please be sure to commit as Scott passes around the sign up sheet.
